Return Policy
At Jen-Ken Kilns, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the custom nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
Most products are custom-manufactured to meet your specific needs and are therefore not eligible for return. If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:
- Electrical Items and Kilns: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us prior to returning any item.
Return Process
- Request Approval: Reach out to us for a return authorization before shipping the item back.
- Packaging and Insurance: Items must be securely packaged for transit. We recommend insuring your return shipment to protect against loss or damage.
- Refund Processing: Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt, and refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
Warranty
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Warranty claims follow a separate process. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed information.
Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-manufactured products.
- Products damaged in transit. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any freight damage immediately.
