Processing & Shipping Timeframes
- Parts Orders – Typically ship within 4 business days.
- Kiln Orders – Since our kilns are made to order, shipping may take several weeks. Please call for an estimate.
Shipping Costs & Calculations
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s total value, excluding applicable taxes, and must be paid separately over the phone.
- Motor freight shipments require a custom shipping quote, which must also be paid over the phone.
- Shipping is not included in the listed price of kilns or parts, but we strive to secure the most competitive rates at the time of shipment.
