Customer Support

🤔 Need help with your kiln? We're here for you!

Having trouble with your Jen-Ken kiln? We offer free diagnosis and lifetime support for our kilns, no matter where you are.

📍 Local? Drop it off!

If you're in the Lakeland, FL area, give us a call to schedule a drop-off. We can often repair kilns the same day (though some may take longer depending on the issue). We'll inspect and diagnose the problem at no charge. Once we identify the issue, we’ll let you know what's needed, including any parts and repair costs.

🌎 Not local? No problem.

We offer free phone and email support for the life of every Jen-Ken kiln—available Tuesday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM EST. Just send us detailed photos of your kiln (the more, the better), and one of our kiln experts will walk you through troubleshooting and help you with any needed repairs.

📨 Sending us an email? Here’s what we need:

To help us assist you more quickly, please include the following in your email to jenkenkilns@gmail.com: :

📸 A clear photo of the kiln’s full front and controller. So we can identify your model and controller version.

🔍 Close-ups of any damaged or problem areas

🔢 A photo of the serial number plate. Usually located on the side or back; this helps us determine the kiln's age.

✍️ A short description of the issue you're experiencing For example: Are the coils heating? Is there an error code?

After you've sent your email, give us a call and we’ll go from there!

❌ Got a kiln that’s not a Jen-Ken? We might still be able to help out.

If your kiln isn’t a Jen-Ken, give us a call or send photos (see the section above for what to include)—we may still be able to help! While we don’t carry bricks or lids for other brands, we can often make custom coils and have relays that work with many non–Jen-Ken models. If we can't assist directly, we're happy to refer you to a local kiln repair specialist.

Local customers may be able to drop off non–Jen-Ken kilns, but please call ahead—we can’t always accept them for in-person repair.

We’re here to help keep your kiln running strong for years to come—and we’re always just a phone call or email away.
