About Us

Jen-Ken Kilns manufactures and sells kilns, kiln controllers, parts, and accessories. Our products are available to customers in the contiguous United States and Canada, with limited international shipping available.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and make purchases. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Product Availability & Orders

  • Custom-Built Products: Most kilns are made to order and may take several weeks to ship. Parts typically ship within 4 business days unless noted otherwise.
  • Order Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.
  • Changes & Cancellations: Contact us immediately for any changes. Custom-built items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

Pricing & Payment

  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. Jen-Ken Kilns does not store your credit card information.
  • Additional Costs: Shipping for motor freight kilns is calculated and billed separately.
  • Taxes: Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Pricing Disclaimer: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you with options.

  • Customers must contact us to arrange motor freight shipping quotes.
  • Jen-Ken Kilns is not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • Custom Products: Most items are made to order and non-returnable, unless covered under warranty.
  • Restocking Fee: Approved returns of electrical items, including kilns, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Warranty Coverage: We stand by the quality of our products. Contact us to begin the warranty claim process.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including, but not limited to, product descriptions, images, and branding—is the intellectual property of Jen-Ken Kilns. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Authorized Jen-Ken dealers are welcome to use product images and descriptions for marketing and selling Jen-Ken products on their own websites or storefronts.

Limitation of Liability

Jen-Ken Kilns is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury. This includes damages caused by:

  • Loss or damage to products in transit (insurance is recommended for return shipments).
