Kathie Brooks Camara
Kathie Brooks Camara is a portrait, animal, and seascape artist whose true passion is fused glass. While she still enjoys painting on canvas, she is best known for her hand-designed, hand-painted glass pieces — from etched and painted work to joyful creations like her fused-glass heart “hugs,” pocket charms, and murrini-filled ornaments. Kathie also teaches fused glass throughout Clermont, Mount Dora, and Orlando, sharing her love of “hot glass” with students of all levels. All of her featured heart pieces were created in her Jen-Ken AF3P ProFusion 16 kiln.

David Norton
David Norton creates atmospheric fused-glass landscapes using Bullseye clear sheet, colored frit, and Rogue black enamel. His four featured works capture serene forests, glowing sunsets, winding streams, and lush vineyard scenery—all brought to life through multiple firings in his pair of Jen-Ken ProFusion 26 kilns, which he has relied on for the past nine years.
Alex Neal (Cosmik Jest)
Cosmik Jest is the glass-based creative project of Pittsburgh artist Alex Neal. With a background in historical stained glass restoration, Alex brings traditional techniques into conversation with contemporary materials and methods.
After several years working in private stained glass studios, Alex is expanding their practice beyond conventional glazing to explore kiln-formed glass, blown glass, welding, and printmaking. Driven by curiosity and process, Cosmik Jest reflects an evolving approach that honors craft while pushing its boundaries.
