AFG 2815 3" Glass/Casting Kiln

The 2815 Glass/Casting Kiln is perfect for fusing, slumping, casting, and low-fire ceramics, offering a generous 15" depth to accommodate both small and large-diameter pieces. Its 26" full shelf fits nearly every round glass mold and square pieces up to just over 18.38", making it ideal for creating 13" deep bowls or flower form molds.

Lid lifter (included) significantly reduces lid weight, making it easier to open and close.

In Glass Fusing mode, the kiln delivers a uniform blast of top heat (up to 1,700°F), complemented by side coils for even heating. This ensures consistent results, making it perfect for fusing and slumping projects.

When switched to Glass Casting mode, the side-firing provides precise temperature control (up to 2,150°F) while preventing the lid coils from overheating. This allows for greater accuracy and control in the firing process, making it ideal for both glass casting and low-fire ceramics.
