QUARTZ TUBES

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ABOUT

Designed for use in Jen-Ken fiber kilns, quartz tubes offer essential benefits for kiln element longevity and efficiency. These tubes securely hold elements in place, protect against oxidation, and enhance heat output. If you fire enamels, quartz tubes prevent harmful metal oxide buildup that can cause elements to droop and break over time.

  • Prevents Oxidation & Contamination – Shields elements from fumes and foreign particles.
  • Extends Element Life – Reduces damage from enamel firing and prevents sagging.
  • Enhances Efficiency – Directs more heat into the firing chamber while maintaining a cleaner kiln interior.

With quartz tubes, your kiln stays cleaner, operates more efficiently, and ensures longer-lasting elements.
