Thermocouple Connecting Block

The thermocouple connecting block is a specialized terminal designed to securely connect thermocouple wires, ensuring accurate temperature readings. It safely transmits the weak electrical signal generated by the thermocouple to the kiln controller or measuring instrument.

• Clean the Connection Holes – Use fine sandpaper rolled up or a small screwdriver to gently remove corrosion from the holes.
• Prep the Thermocouple Ends – Lightly sand the ends of the thermocouple wires to ensure a clean connection.
• Check Controller Wires – Scrape the thermo wires from the controller to ensure all connections make solid contact.
