A kiln element connector, also known as a high-temp wire nut, securely joins electrical wires inside a kiln. Designed to withstand extreme heat, it ensures a reliable connection that won’t melt or fail during firing.

Always ensure the element tail and wire leads are clean and free of corrosion before re-attaching.

Position the connector away from other connectors and any metal parts of the kiln jacket or panel box.

These connectors carry electricity and must not touch or be close to eachother or any metal surfaces.
