AF3P Vitri Barrel Glass Kiln

The Vitri Barrel is our biggest and deepest vitrigraph kiln yet—measuring 9” tall and 11” in diameter. We've “supercharged” this kiln with a double layer of elements to ensure fast, even heating from top to bottom, making it easy to reach and maintain flow temperatures without the wait.

But it’s not just a vitrigraph kiln—it’s a transformer! With the optional stand, shelf, and solid bottom insert, the Vitri Barrel becomes a powerful kiln for fusing, casting, and even low-fire ceramics.

Note: you’ll need to add the optional solid bottom if you plan to use it for fusing or casting. If you'd like to receive the kiln in three separate pieces, be sure to let us know!

Best for: Vitrigraph pulling (glass)

Circular Design: Accommodates a 10” round kiln shelf, offering a larger workspace compared to previous square models.

Efficient Glass Pulling Setup: Includes a sturdy wire rack with a metal cutout for the kiln hole, along with a pot below to catch the pulled glass. (Wire rack and pot are optional add-ons.)

Double Layer of Elements: Provides quick heating and maintains flow temperatures effortlessly for optimal glassworking performance.

Multi-Functional: Converts into a fusing, casting, or low-fire ceramic kiln with the addition of a stand, shelf, and solid bottom (sold separately).

Hinged Kiln Lid: Allows for easy access to the kiln's interior.

Removable Pre-Drilled Bottom: Provides additional flexibility, with the option to purchase a solid bottom for fusing applications (sold separately).

Customizable Shelf Kit (Optional): Kiln does not include a shelf kit, but one can be ordered as three separate pieces (specify in your order notes).
